I really functions well at home where I never had any issues with phone connection. This phone is constantly losing calls, calls wont go through, etc. I paid for most of the phone up front in cash to reduce my monthly bills. With the Verizon corporate stores being owned by Verizon itself, it allows for more fluidity and flow between stores, whereas the authorised retailers have a little bit more freedom when it comes down to it. I purchased a new Pixel phone from the Verizon store near me after I had issues with my Moto in February. If they're not busy lol Just kidding, the store on my area is a corporate-owned Verizon store, and they have friendly reps that helps my old man with his technical issues and questions.
